I am also a homeowner

I got my keys in mid 2009, and it has been a very rewarding but challenging experience. Through which, I understand the anxieties of homeownership, and the pride that comes with seeing my interior design ideas come to life.

As a fellow HDB homeowner, I also monitor the HDB resale market trends very closely. Like the stock market, I am interested to see valuation price and asking price; increase or decrease.

Moved in!

Other than my own HDB flat, I am also interested with properties in East Coast. Having been a property agent since 2004, I have been monitoring the trend movement, and waiting for the right time to enter the market, be it for rental yield or capital gain.

At the same time, I also have my eyes on Habourfront and Marina area as I feel that the Singapore landscape is rapidly changing. With the new IRs in place and the revamp of Marina, District 1-8 will be one of the highlights of the new decade.
